COLLABORATION / FIDALIS BUEHLER AT THE UVU MUSEUM OF ART
Modern West is thrilled to collaborate with the UVU Museum of Art for their solo exhibition Fidalis Buehler: Drifting. This solo show brings together recent and new work in painting, printmaking, and wood sculpture, exploring themes of identity shaped by the artist’s Euro-American and Pacific Island heritage. Buehler’s practice draws on personal history and cultural convergence, weaving imagery that reflects tension, hybridity, and myth-making. The exhibition presents a body of work that navigates layered narratives of selfhood within the broader context of contemporary American experience. Visit the exhibition June 23 - September 26, 2026
All artworks are available for acquisition through Modern West Fine Art.
The UVU Museum of Art is an accessible, free-admission cultural hub in Orem, Utah. Housed in the historic 40,000-square-foot Lakemount Manor, it features rotating exhibitions, a growing permanent collection of over 600 works, and community arts programs for visitors of all ages.
